Finding Your Leadership Edge

Are you facing really tough challenges? Do you want to “get stuff done”, but want to rely on your influence rather than authority?

Leadership is an activity, not an authority role, and you can develop leadership and make progress through learning and practice. Leadership is about asking the right questions, changing our own behaviour and how we relate to and engage others.

About the Program

Finding Your Leadership Edge is a two-day intensive which provides a practical, proven and simple framework to work on your most complex, real-life leadership challenges. Use five key principles and four key competencies to see ongoing problems in new ways, and to develop new approaches to overcoming barriers and engaging others to move forward.

Based on extensive research and field-tested real-world implementation, the Your Leadership Edge model is a capability that can be used by individuals and teams to successfully confront the problems that exist for your organisation, strategic environment or community.

Finding Your Leadership Edge will help you think, behave and engage with others to tackle complex challenges in new ways.
