Working towards this vision, we have been developing and mobilising purpose-driven leaders from all sectors through unique, transformational programs including our flagship program, the Williamson Community Leadership Program for 35 years.

We are thrilled to announce that applications for the 2025 Williamson Community Leadership Program will open on Thursday, 6 June 2024. Want to find out more? We will also be holding an online information session on Thursday, 30 May. This is an opportunity to find out more about Leadership Victoria, the Williamson Community Leadership Program, and how we build leaders' readiness to address complex challenges and systemic barriers to equity, inclusion and sustainability in their roles, organisations, communities and beyond.
