Leadership Victoria Re-accredited by Social Traders – Reaffirming our Purpose 

We’re proud to announce that Leadership Victoria has once again been re-accredited by Social Traders, reinforcing our status as a not-for-profit social enterprise contributing to real-world impact.  

This certification assures our community that we are “driven by a public or community cause (social, environmental, cultural or economic)”. 

Why is this important? 

Often, we’re mistaken for a government body/department. Or people think we’re primarily funded by sponsorship or grants.  

In reality, we’re striving to operate sustainably as a social enterprise, and reinvesting back into our mission: leadership for an equitable, inclusive and sustainable society. 

With Social Traders certification, our partners, Alumni and wider stakeholder network can be assured that we are consistently working towards the greater good.  

The certification also shows organisations with social procurement requirements, particularly as part of government contracts, that Leadership Victoria is an ideal partner for building leadership capability and social capital.  

Leadership Victoria has been working with purpose for over three decades, and we look forward to many more years of developing, connecting and inspiring leaders from all sectors to strengthen communities and tackle society’s complex and systemic problems.
