Overview
Leadership Victoria is developing a new intensive program, ‘Beyond’, to be run for the first time over the second half of 2025. It is designed for experienced leaders who are in the later stages of their career or approaching retirement seeking a new chapter of adventures and purpose.
If you’re looking to leverage a career-long portfolio of leadership skills to contribute meaningfully amongst other established leaders across government, corporate and community sectors, Beyond is for you.
It will provide opportunities for experienced leaders to expand your world view beyond your usual contexts, and to explore purpose, meaning, and connection in community beyond your professional career.

8 – 10 days over 4 months | From $9,935* + GST and booking / credit card fees
