HOW TO APPLY
Applicants should provide their CV and a cover letter addressing the required skills, experience and qualifications to HR@leadershipvictoria.org by Sunday 24 November 2024. Enquiries can also be directed to this email address.
Guest Faculty
LV is recruiting for up to 3 x Guest Faculty opportunities, to increase the diversity and range of the Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP) 2025 team. This may also form groundwork for further opportunities to facilitate other sessions or programs as we expand our faculty team in 2025 and 2026.
Do you know a facilitator who would be a strong contributor to the WCLP, ideally bringing exposure to adaptive, complex leadership development work? We’d are especially keen to receive expressions of interest from leadership facilitators from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and identities, who are interested in leading a session on one or more of the themes we investigate in the program. We also love to hear from early career leadership facilitators, who are interested in becoming involved in Victoria's leading community leadership program, and building their adaptive leadership knowledge and skills.
In the first instance, the Guest Faculty will deliver 1-2 sessions as part of WCLP Theme Days. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned leadership experts Dr Katy McDevitt and Jon Eddy to develop a 90-minute interactive session on each chosen theme. We would ideally like each Guest Faculty to work on 2 x Theme Days, to allow more space for development, and continuity for the program cohort. Dates and details of available sessions are:
-
- 6 March: Belonging
- 3 April: Privilege
- 13 June: Power
- 18 July: Agency
- 12 September: Prosperity
- 17 October: Enchantment
Joining the WCLP Guest Faculty team: This is an Associate (contract) opportunity. LV is able to offer competitive rates for design and preparation time, delivery day, and debriefing.
Help us find our new Guest Faculty! Will you please share this opportunity with people in your network who may be interested, and encourage them to reach out for a confidential conversation? Interested candidates can reach out to HR@leadershipvictoria.org.
